Compensation: $18 - $18.01 per hour
Shift: First
Work Hours: 5:30 AM - 3:50 PM
Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute all phases of assembly, testing, and refurbishment of basic to intermediate electro-mechanical devices as needed.
• Understand and follow various instructions, including work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering specifications.
• Adhere to written and verbal instructions to construct electro-mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and components in a regulated setting.
• Conduct in-process quality inspections, including visual assessments, to ensure compliance with specifications and report any discrepancies.
• Utilize testing equipment to confirm that products meet documented standards and employ inspection tools to verify specifications.
• Maintain a secure, clean, and healthy workspace.
Qualifications:
Education / Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 - 2 years of experience in manufacturing, technical support, or assembly, or a combination of education and experience.
Technical Skills:
• Proficient in navigating Windows OS and MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Capable of using laptops, touchscreen devices, and related electronic tools.
Competencies:
• Ability to perform technical writing, both handwritten and digital.
• Adaptability to fast-paced and changing environments.
Skills:
• Assembly line operations
• Proficient with hand tools
• Knowledge of medical device assembly
• Ability to read and interpret technical prints
• Mechanical and parts assembly
• Line work experience
