Job Title: Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician

RSC Mechanical, a family-owned and operated company, is seeking a skilled Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and maintenance to our clients' commercial refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial refrigeration systems, including refrigeration racks, compressors, and condensing units.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration systems to minimize downtime and prevent product loss.
  • Work on an overtime basis as needed, including emergency weekend calls on a rotational basis.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including restaurants, delis, grocery store chains, convenience store chains, schools, hotels, hospitals, and military bases.
Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license and EPA Universal Certification.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC and commercial refrigeration systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in the operation of smart phones, tablets, and laptops.
