Key Responsibilities
  • Team Development: Manage, train, and develop new hires to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Sales Performance: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and maximize revenue.
  • Training and Development: Create and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Sales Executives.
  • Schedule Management: Develop and manage schedules for workshops, new hire classes, exams, and other training materials.
  • Coaching and Feedback: Provide regular coaching and feedback to Sales Executives to ensure they are meeting sales targets and adhering to company policies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Senior Director and Director of Sales to create an effective sales curriculum and develop creative tools for selling HGVClub and The Hilton Club points.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve representative problems within the first 30-60 days and provide support to Sales Executives as needed.
  • Performance Evaluation: Prepare and complete action plans/goals and enforce customer-service standards.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED
  • Experience: 3 years HGV sales experience
  • Skills: Ability to work flexible schedule, professional and positive appearance and attitude, master a thorough understanding of HGV's different departments for proper customer assistance, proficient at Microsoft Excel
  • Desirable Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, previous sales management or sales training experience, HGV Certified Trainer
