The Goddard School is seeking a talented Toddler Program Director to lead our toddler program and provide exceptional care and education to our youngest learners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of toddlers, while also maintaining open communication with parents and colleagues.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in early childhood education and a passion for teaching and mentoring. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of educators, developing and implementing curriculum-aligned lesson plans, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive classroom environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and meet the needs of each child
  • Maintain accurate records of child progress and communicate regularly with parents
  • Lead and motivate a team of educators to achieve high-quality teaching and learning outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in early childhood education
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience working with young children in a preschool setting, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
