Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at the School of Imagination and Happy Talkers. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing excellent early intervention to children with various speech-language disorders.
About the Role:
This is an ideal opportunity for new graduates looking to kickstart their careers in a pioneering, child-centered environment. You will receive comprehensive clinical support and mentorship from California state-licensed and ASHA-certified SLPs, with opportunities to learn and grow in a multidisciplinary setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer diagnostic evaluations and deliver tailored treatment plans for children with various speech-language disorders.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of OTs, behavior therapists, educators, and fellow SLPs to ensure comprehensive care for each child.
- Educate families and caregivers on treatment techniques and home management strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all treatment sessions, assessments, and communication with families.

Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Eligible for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, kneel, sit on the floor, and climb stairs as needed.
- Ability to work in a moderate to loud environment, coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.
