Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate guest records and ensure information is up-to-date.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Handle room bookings through various channels, including in-person, online, and phone inquiries.
  • Check-in and check-out guests, providing them with keys and room assignments while securely processing payment information.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared for incoming guests.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, along with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation systems is advantageous.
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in a hospitality role, such as a front desk agent or guest service representative.
  • Ability to handle phone communications and manage challenging situations with ease.
  • Experience with Jonas Chorum System is a plus.
