POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Client Relationship Coordinator is responsible for managing intricate and/or multiple client partnerships, acting as the project lead from initiation to completion. This role requires a deep understanding of client needs and all aspects of the project, along with a comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, including packaging, prepress, and industry standards. The Senior Client Relationship Coordinator ensures effective resolution of client issues as they arise.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops and maintains the project timeline to guarantee that all preliminary tasks and activities are assigned and completed punctually.
  • Organizes kickoff and solution review meetings, ensuring that follow-up meetings or tasks are executed in a timely manner as dictated by each project.
  • Oversees project activities and tracks project expenses to maximize profitability.
  • Engages with clients as necessary to comprehend their expectations, validating client protocols and brand/pharmaceutical requirements while ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Addresses inquiries from clients or their representatives regarding questions, project status, concerns, or general requests for information.
  • Monitors production quality and resolves conflicts/issues to keep projects on schedule.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in project coordination or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Occasional travel may be required, either locally, nationally, or internationally.
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), and planning skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including analysis, interpretation, and reasoning.
  • Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as with internal and external clients.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to influence peers and management.
  • Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.

PHYSICAL ASPECTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, and see.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required for this role include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • The noise level in the work environment may be elevated.
