Role Summary

The Director of the Abbie DeLoach Foundation serves as a vital link between the foundation and the communities it serves, ensuring alignment with its mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Part-time position with flexible scheduling.
  • Knowledge of the foundation's mission and ability to maintain alignment with its three pillars: nursing, service, and athletics.
  • Represent the foundation in the community and with partner organizations.
  • Coordinate with community partners to select annual scholarship recipients.
  • Plan and execute the Annual Scholarship Luncheon.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Social Media to increase the foundation's visibility, promote philanthropy, and connect with relevant groups and individuals.
  • Coordinate with leadership and community partners to maintain and update the foundation's monthly academic calendar timeline, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Manage the planning of the True Blue 5K/Abbie's Adventure Race with community partners.
  • Plan and oversee the Hands-Free for Abbie Campaign for safe driving awareness month.
Qualifications
  • Deep commitment to the foundation's mission.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Google Drive, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities.
  • Able to work part-time with a flexible schedule and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
