Senior Manager of Silicon Validation

Job Summary:
As a Senior Manager of Silicon Validation, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for post-silicon electrical validation and debug on mixed-signal PCIe SerDes IP. You will oversee the development of evaluation scripts, validating circuit block behavior, evaluating results, and debugging issues in an R&D test lab environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and resources to ensure timely and efficient execution of validation activities
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop test plans and analysis
- Develop and implement validation strategies to ensure high-quality IP
- Lead a team of engineers to achieve validation goals and objectives
Requirements:
- B.S./M.S. Electrical/Computer Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in silicon validation of high-speed SerDes
- Experience with script-based test automation and strong scripting skills in general
- Hands-on debug experience with high-speed oscilloscopes, BERTs, Spectrum Analyzers, and Network Analyzers
- Leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with issue and task tracking through Jira/Confluence/Kanban
- Experience with software version control systems such as Perforce
