Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and professional service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Sales and Referrals: Identify opportunities to sell banking products and services to clients, and refer them to relevant specialists or senior leaders as needed.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with banking products and services, and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to peer Concierge or Tellers, and assist with leading by example.
  • Problem Resolution: Take ownership of client complaints and issues, and work to resolve them promptly and effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Provide feedback to management on ways to enhance sales processes and service delivery.
  • Training and Development: Provide coaching and education to other Concierge or Tellers on digital capabilities, transaction processes, and priorities.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, basic computer and digital tools skills.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Working Conditions

This role requires standing for 60-70% of the workday and may involve working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
