Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Sales/Marketing team in driving the marketing efforts of Goldfish Swim School. This position will be responsible for assisting with administrative and project management tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with planning and organizing marketing systems, including project management, department files, site visits, and franchisee information.
  • Prepare meeting topics and agendas, document meeting follow-up, and distribute recaps.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support.
  • Active participation in social media platforms to engage with customers and promote the brand.
  • Research and identify events, B2B opportunities, and community outreach initiatives to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Compile, create, and reformat marketing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Organize and submit marketing expenses for reimbursement.
  • Assist with marketing communication efforts, including collection and dissemination of information, creation of surveys, and content for newsletters.
  • Prepare materials and coordinate marketing training sessions.
  • Collaborate on competitive intelligence initiatives, including research and profile updates.
Requirements
  • Experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outgoing personality and teamwork/collaborative orientation.
  • Experience with Windows-based environment, Dropbox, Google Drive, and G-suite preferred.

Each Goldfish Swim School is an independently owned and operated franchise. The respective Franchisee is the employer at each Goldfish Swim School location.
