Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary Teacher to join our team at ReGeneration Schools. As a key member of our educational community, you will be responsible for implementing our curriculum and ensuring the success of your students.

Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Implementation: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet academic standards and promote student growth.
  • Assessment and Data Analysis: Design and administer assessments to measure student progress, and use data to refine curriculum and inform instructional practices.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues to determine instructional and social needs of students, and participate in collaborative curriculum development and grade-level activities.
  • Classroom Management: Create a positive and structured learning environment that promotes student well-being and achievement.
  • Communication and Accountability: Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues, and be accountable for student mastery of academic standards.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, 1-5 years of teaching experience, and a valid Ohio State License or substitute license.
  • Skills: Superior content knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
