This role offers a unique opportunity to provide inpatient psychiatric services for adolescents, ages 13-18, and work collaboratively with a team of experienced professionals to address the complex needs of this population.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality inpatient psychiatric services for adolescents, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and nurses, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment goals and objectives
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications:

  • Fellowship-trained, board-certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist
  • Experience working with adolescents and their families, preferably in an inpatient setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
