Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Business Office Manager to join our team at TARAJI PLLC. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate tasks between departments to ensure seamless execution of projects
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional support
  • Design and implement processes to improve marketing, client fulfillment, and overall business operations
  • Stay innovative and challenge existing processes to drive continuous improvement
  • Wear multiple hats to ensure client delivery and meet business objectives
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for our company
Requirements
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative to research solutions
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic graphic design, and accounting software
  • Ability to own processes and take responsibility for results
