Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Department. This role is essential in ensuring that our production equipment, tools, facilities, and vehicles are maintained in optimal condition, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of facility areas.
- Manage waste disposal, including emptying trash containers and transporting waste to designated areas.
- Execute special cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Maintain adequate supplies in restrooms and workspaces.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of all work areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the appropriate personnel.
- Implement and uphold 6S standards within the assigned areas.
Required Skills:
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures and chemical handling.
- Valid driver's license is mandatory.
- Commitment to safety and compliance with company policies.
Experience: Candidates should be able to perform physical tasks, follow safety protocols, and complete necessary training within specified timeframes.
