Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Lube Tech to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. As a Lube Tech, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests receive top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance services for their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience with every visit
  • Perform preventative maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and battery testing
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Schedule flexibility, with weekend availability
  • An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with hands above head
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
