Join Our Team as a Lube Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. As a Lube Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests' vehicles are safe and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
  • Provide top-tier customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work weekends
  • An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
