* INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM *

Compensation: $17.50/HR - $28.93/HR

Float Incentive: Additional $2.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement

Work Schedule: Flexible hours Monday - Friday, with potential overtime and weekend shifts

Work Locations: Various locations in the surrounding areas

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct blood draws using venipuncture and capillary methods for patients of all ages
  • Collect samples for various tests, including drug screenings and paternity assessments
  • Accurately enter patient data in a timely manner
  • Manage billing processes and collect payments as necessary
  • Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and analysis
  • Maintain accurate logs of patient and specimen information
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all patients
  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks as required
  • Travel to additional sites as needed

Qualifications:

  • Valid Phlebotomy License issued in Washington or a pending application with the Washington Department of Health at the time of hire
  • Previous experience in phlebotomy
  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team
  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record if applicable
  • Flexibility to work overtime as required
  • Capable of passing a standardized color blindness assessment
