* INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM *
Compensation Range: $17.50/HR - $28.93/HR
Additional Float Incentive: An extra $2.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement
Work Schedule: Hours may vary Monday - Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, with potential overtime and rotating weekend shifts
Work Area: Various locations within the service region
Benefits Overview: All employment offers will be contingent upon the candidate's qualifications, including relevant experience and certifications. Full-time or part-time employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, which includes: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, 401(K), Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Paid Time Off (PTO), Flexible Time Off (FTO), and applicable commissions and bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct blood draws using venipuncture and capillary methods for patients of all ages
- Collect samples for various tests, including drug screenings and paternity assessments
- Accurately enter patient data in a timely manner
- Process billing information and collect payments as necessary
- Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and analysis
- Maintain logs of patient and specimen information
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all patients
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks as required
- Travel to additional sites as needed
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Phlebotomy License issued in Washington or have an application submitted to the Washington Department of Health at the time of hire
- Previous experience in phlebotomy is required
- Candidates must be at least 21 years of age
- Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record, if applicable
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Must be able to pass a standardized color blindness test
