As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. Your duties will include operating various types of equipment used for floor care maintenance, such as automatic scrubbers, floor machines, and wet/dry vacuums. You will also be responsible for dust mopping, cleaning, and burnishing floors, as well as stripping, refinishing, scrubbing, and recoating floors as needed. Additionally, you will prioritize and coordinate with other workers to complete floor care work within the scope of multi-trade projects. You will also provide daily preventive equipment maintenance on all equipment used. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Operate various types of equipment used for floor care maintenance
