Refurbishment Specialist

At Cambio Property Management LLC, we are seeking a skilled Refurbishment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Refurb Crew, you will be responsible for repairing and remodeling homes in our communities, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and safety.

• Provide detailed estimates for refurbishment projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify areas requiring repair or renovation, and develop effective solutions.
• Collaborate with our team to prioritize and manage refurbishment projects, ensuring seamless execution.
• Ensure all work meets Cambio's quality and safety standards, and address any issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.

• 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as construction, renovation, or property maintenance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically email and other productivity tools.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
