Business Faculty: Adjunct Instructor

Key Responsibilities
As an adjunct faculty member, your primary duties will include:
- Delivering high-quality instruction in accordance with established curriculum and course outlines.
- Maintaining professional standards and ethical conduct within the educational setting.
- Providing support and guidance to students outside of class hours.
- Keeping abreast of developments in your subject area to ensure relevant and effective teaching.
- Documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Business, Business Management, Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, Marketing, or Business Education; OR
- A Bachelor's degree in the aforementioned fields along with a Master's degree in Economics, Personnel Management, Public Administration, or a J.D. or LL.B. degree; OR
- A Bachelor's degree in Economics with a Business emphasis and a Master's degree in Personnel Management, Public Administration, or a J.D. or LL.B. degree; OR
- Equivalent qualifications.
Additionally, candidates should demonstrate cultural competency and an understanding of the diverse backgrounds of community college students and staff.
