Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is $140,000 - $170,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The Advanced Practice Provider will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients with complex heart conditions. Responsibilities include conducting initial and ongoing assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, providing education and consultation to patients and families, and participating in quality-related initiatives to improve clinical and system practice performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies from an accredited program
  • Licensure as a CPNP-AC by the Texas State Board of Nursing or licensure as a PA-C by the Texas Physician Assistant Board
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
  • At least 3 years of experience in pediatric cardiology or a related field
