Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the formulation and execution of audit strategies
  • Conduct or support analytical evaluations of financial and operational data
  • Prepare and manage audit documentation
  • Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the organization's financial and operational systems, including accuracy assessments.
  • Propose enhancements for business unit systems and controls.
  • Suggest improvements to streamline inefficient processes and procedures.
  • Oversee and analyze financial and operational reports under the mentorship of senior auditors.
  • Contribute to the preparation of audit reports and presentations
  • Facilitate communication with the Audit Department at the Japan Headquarters and key stakeholders


Essential Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Japanese and English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (or currently pursuing)
  • Experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector
  • Prior experience with J-SOX or internal audit/ISO
  • Knowledge in Compliance and Risk analysis
