About the Role:

The LVN will work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, providing physical assessments, implementing treatment plans, and evaluating patient response to treatment. You will also administer medications as prescribed and provide health education to patients and families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and management of children, adolescents, and young adults
  • Assure safety, supervision, and crisis management for patient populations
  • Assist in the management of a therapeutic milieu
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
  • One year of psychiatric/neuropsychiatric experience with adolescents and/or young adults in a long-term hospital or residential setting preferred
  • Current Texas professional Nurse License and current driver license
