Role Summary:
This position is responsible for developing and implementing educational programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of clinical personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management and staff to evaluate the educational needs and competencies of clinical personnel.


- Design, deliver, and evaluate educational activities and curricula that align with clinical competencies, departmental policies, regulatory standards, and the application of clinical information technologies.

- Act as a consultant and mentor for clinical staff in areas such as program development, clinical practices, and professional growth.

- Engage in the creation, coordination, and execution of orientation and educational initiatives for new clinical staff.

Within the scope of this role, critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to operate with minimal supervision are essential. The candidate must thrive in a dynamic environment and respond appropriately to challenges.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education Required:
High School diploma or GED.

Preferred Education:
Associate Degree in Medical Assisting from an accredited program.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Certification or registration as a Medical Assistant.

Basic Life Support (
BLS) Healthcare Provider certification is mandatory.
Minimum Experience: 3 years of recent experience in a medical assistant role.

BLS


Certification must be obtained through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, with the certification card presented prior to the start date.


BLS or CPR certification must remain valid for at least sixty days post-hire.
