Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Court Operations Associate to join our team in the Records Department at the State of Oregon. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide backup support to other records clerks as needed, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality service to our customers.
  • Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and external stakeholders, both in person and over the phone, to resolve issues and provide information.
  • Identify and safeguard confidential information and materials, maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing policies, procedures, and software systems, adapting quickly to new technologies and workflows.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; three or more years of experience in a moderately complex office or business setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to lift boxes and files, and move equipment as needed, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
