Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and driven BSSM Admissions Advisor who has successfully completed the first year of the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry (BSSM). This role is pivotal in guiding prospective students as they explore their personal and spiritual aspirations through our transformative program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential students to understand their goals and how BSSM can support their journey.
  • Foster a deep understanding of Bethel Church culture and its core values to effectively communicate with prospective students.
  • Maintain a strong track record of performance, meeting and exceeding established objectives.
  • Work in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment, demonstrating a commitment to high service standards.
  • Build and nurture relationships with students, customers, and staff, ensuring a supportive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to listen actively, solve problems, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently, including follow-ups and outreach to prospective students.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of BSSM First Year is mandatory.
  • Experience in mentoring, coaching, or pastoring is highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to understand and advocate for the motivations and aspirations of individuals.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving results.
  • Ability to occasionally travel for off-site meetings as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $16.50/hr
