Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the needs of our healthcare services
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations and guidelines related to procurement and acquisition
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address procurement-related issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
Requirements
  • 1 year of specialized experience in procurement or acquisition, including experience with federal regulations and guidelines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and acquisition principles, including contract law and negotiation techniques
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field
  • Professional certification in procurement or acquisition, such as the Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or the Certified Federal Contracting Officer (CFCO)
  • Experience working in a healthcare or government setting
