To achieve this goal, we're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee bathroom remodeling projects. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring quality control, and driving timely completion.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in large-scale home remodeling or project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, and PPE procedures, and possess excellent communication and time management skills. Bi-lingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly valued.

Job Description:
• Develop and implement effective project plans, ensuring timely completion and quality control.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.
• Serve as primary point of contact for homeowners, setting clear project expectations, answering questions, and providing updates.
• Oversee installation quality, ensuring materials meet project requirements, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of project details, field changes, and customer communications in the CRM system.

Compensation and Benefits:
• Estimated salary range: $100,000 - $140,000 annually.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in large-scale home remodeling or project management, with a focus on bathroom remodeling projects.
• Strong customer service, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, and PPE procedures.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
