Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures with enthusiasm.
- Oversee guest interactions, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the brand positively.
- Manage shift operations and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
