Job Summary:
AIDS Healthcare Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security Guard to join our team. As a Lead Security Guard, you will be responsible for protecting the organization's assets and ensuring the safety of its staff, tenants, contractors, guests, and visitors at our sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement security strategies to protect personnel and assets, including inventory of donations, at our Healthy Housing tenant facilities and other AHF locations.
- Oversee the in-house Security Guards Team and coordinate their efforts to achieve a safe and secure environment.
- Enhance the reputation of AHF by being friendly, professional, and disciplined in the performance of duties.
- Recognize potentially dangerous situations and respond in the safest and most effective manner.
- Collaborate with Healthy Housing operational staff to establish and maintain working relationships.
- Utilize the existing Safety and Security Incident Reporting System to submit detailed reports regarding events and situations that occur while on duty.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Experience in security and law enforcement.
- Knowledge of safety and security protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
