Overview:


The Revenue Compliance Specialist plays a crucial role in evaluating casino operations, documenting outcomes for various management reports, and preparing month-end financial entries.


Key Responsibilities:


Conduct thorough audits across all casino departments in alignment with Gaming Commission Regulations, as well as Federal and State laws, alongside Golden Nugget's internal policies and procedures.

Ensure timely and accurate posting of figures in multiple spreadsheets for daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.

Alert the Lead/Manager regarding any irregularities or suspicious activities.


Qualifications:


A minimum of two to five years of experience in financial auditing and procedures, complemented by a 2-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

Possession of a valid gaming license is required.

Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.


Essential Computer Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding financial information, casino policies, and marketing strategies.

Strong analytical skills to ensure data accuracy.


Compensation:
USD $13.00 /Hr.
