Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services.

This is a full-time, day shift position that requires a caring and compassionate individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
  • Provide oral hygiene care, including denture care, as needed.
  • Complete patient care records accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the charge nurse.
Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certified nursing assistant listed in the DFS registry.
  • Ability to care for geriatric patients with a genuine concern for their welfare.
  • Willingness to receive, understand, and follow orders.
  • Attendance at in-service training and staff meetings as required.
