  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and leadership.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel is essential.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
  • Must be bilingual in Korean and English, both spoken and written.

Specialized Skills:

  • Proficient in using QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Bank of America CashPro is advantageous.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet extended work hours as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Capability to interpret complex documents and regulations.
