We are seeking a highly skilled Imaging Registered Nurse to join our team at St. David's Medical Center. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and related assistance for adult and geriatric patients with a broad range of illnesses.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings.
- Administer medications and monitor patient response.
- Provide direct and indirect patient care, including procedure documentation and monitoring.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Manage patients with potentially life-threatening conditions via physician order.
- Two (2) years' of critical care experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Interventional Radiology or Cath Lab nursing experience preferred.
- Current State of Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact Registered Nursing License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification per St. David's Healthcare policy.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification per St. David's Healthcare policy.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
