Key Responsibilities- Reliability and Maintenance

- Oversee the maintenance of all facilities and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.

- Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of maintenance personnel.
- Cost Management and Budgeting
- Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repair activities.

- Education and Experience

The Maintenance Director will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with possible exposure to temperature changes, high noise levels, and other hazards. The ability to work on all shifts and extended hours is required.
