Maintenance Manager Job Description

Faribault Foods is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors to ensure effective maintenance operations
  • Manage department budgets and resources to optimize maintenance spend
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance maintenance skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a food processing environment
  • Strong knowledge of TPM, predictive maintenance systems, and CMMS
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
