Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Psychologist Examiner to join our team at EGA Associates, a service-disabled Veteran-owned small business with a national presence. Our company works with schools, hospitals, state facilities, VA medical centers, and Department of defense facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and scoring psychological tests, interpreting and evaluating test results, and developing individualized behavioral management/treatment programs.

  • We are looking for a professional who can provide psychological counseling, cognitive behavior and psychosocial skills instruction, and behavior modification/management recommendations.
  • Responsibilities include monitoring behavior management and treatment programs, documenting progress or regression, modifying programs as necessary, and preparing progress reports on each client.
  • A critical aspect of this role is attending staff/professional meetings and workshops to discuss client progress/problems and make recommendations regarding behavior management.
  • We require a strong ability to conduct in-service training for direct care staff on implementation of behavior management procedures and train family members on treatment methods to be continued at home.
  • Suitable candidates will also supervise professional staff by interviewing, recommending for hire, assigning and reviewing work, training, and evaluating performance.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must be licensed as a Psychologist Examiner by the Arkansas State Board and possess an Independent Psychological Examiner (LPE-I) certification.
