Millcreek Behavioral Health is seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Behavioral Healthcare Professional to provide high-quality care and support to patients with mental health needs.
About the Job:
- This role involves working as part of an interdisciplinary team, supporting patients in achieving their treatment goals through provision of personal care services.
- The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of patient safety and well-being, with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards customers.
- You will be responsible for conducting safety checks, documenting patient information, and facilitating educational-rehabilitative groups focused on social skills, coping skills, and independent living skills.
- This position also involves assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, meals, snacks, hydration, and changing bed linens.
