Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide evidence-based therapy to children with Autism. Your primary responsibility will be to support the child's development and quality of life by implementing behavioral interventions and strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Implement behavioral interventions and strategies under the guidance of a BCBA
  • Work in various settings, including client homes, community spaces, and outpatient offices
  • Collaborate closely with a variety of technicians, clinical and administrative support professionals, and families
  • Comply with all safety and procedure protocols to ensure the well-being of children under your care
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance/registration
  • Reliable transportation that allows for transporting clients
  • Ability to pass extensive background checks and drug screenings
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with children with Autism or developmental differences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
