Key Responsibilities- Assess and Treat Patients
Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals.
Develop and Implement Treatment PlansDesign and implement evidence-based treatment plans that address the physical, emotional, and functional needs of patients.
Communicate with Patients and Healthcare TeamCommunicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
Document Patient ProgressAccurately and thoroughly document patient progress, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Requirements- Education and Licensure
A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program and a current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
ExperienceA minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a hospital or outpatient setting.
Skills and AbilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Certifications and TrainingCurrent certifications in CPR and first aid, and completion of any required continuing education courses.
