Job Description

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the pest control industry. Your primary duties will include:

  • Placing outbound calls to customers who have expressed interest in our services
  • Evaluating customers' current situation and dispatching sales to the field
  • Acting as a trusted advisor for pest control products and services that meet customer needs
  • Providing creative, reliable, and personalized resolution of customer concerns
  • Generating new business and reconnecting with customers who have not used our services in an extended period
  • Maintaining continued personalized contact with customers to exceed their expectations
  • Providing timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
  • Ensuring thorough and accurate response to customer inquiries and partnering with department personnel as needed
  • Processing customer orders and changes according to established department policies and procedures
  • Recording details of customer interactions, inquiries, comments, and complaints

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Prior call center experience preferred
  • Professional and friendly attitude with excellent phone etiquette
  • Self-motivated individual with problem-solving skills and a desire for new challenges
  • Proven ability to resolve issues and multi-task with good organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Punctuality and reliable attendance are a must
  • High level of professionalism and a desire to work in a collaborative team environment
