About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformation Management Leader and Strategic HR Partner to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for effectively managing a team of 6 in a technology-oriented company, characterized by change and diverse perspectives. You will support management and executives during this time of transformation and cultural change, balancing company goals with the needs of employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a mediator between management, the leadership team, and the works council to further strengthen a positive and productive work atmosphere.
- Participate in implementing HR strategies and initiatives that support business needs and promote employee motivation and engagement.
- Assist in recruiting and developing talented individuals who can contribute to achieving company goals.
- Work closely and trustfully with our local HR team and support the standardization of HR processes and policies.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in business administration, psychology, human resources, or a comparable qualification.
- Have several years of experience in a similar role in HR and team leadership, ideally in a technology-oriented company.
- Have a solid understanding of complex work environments and the ability to navigate them effectively.
