Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auto/Diesel Educator to join our team at Universal Technical Institute. As an Auto/Diesel Educator, you will play a critical role in shaping the next generation of automotive and diesel technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Mentoring: Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs to students, focusing on hands-on learning and real-world applications.
  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with our education team to design and implement new courses and programs that align with industry trends and advancements.
  • Student Support: Provide individualized support and guidance to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Industry Partnerships: Foster relationships with industry partners to ensure that our programs remain relevant and effective.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the automotive or diesel industry, with a focus on teaching or training.
  • Certifications: ASE certifications highly valued, but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and industry partners.
