Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and manage clinical programs, services, and employees to ensure high-quality care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise clinical staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Investigate client complaints and take appropriate actions to resolve issues.
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training of clinical staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  • Conduct regular client home visits to ensure quality of care and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure client compliance with federal and state regulations through policy and procedure administration to staff.
  • Manage caseload as needed to ensure client coverage and maintain high-quality care.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of home health experience, preferably in a management role.
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in either South Carolina or Georgia.
  • Obtain and maintain active CPR certification.
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel between two locations as needed, approximately 35 miles apart.
