Job Summary

The Dispensary Associate is a key member of our retail team, responsible for guiding customers through their cannabis journey. This role requires a strong understanding of our products and their benefits, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs, while ensuring compliance with state regulations.
  • Process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in retail or customer service a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required for delivery driver role.
