Job Description

This Wireless Supervisor position requires a strong technical background in wireless construction operations, including experience in supervising field construction crews and managing projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, planning, directing, and organizing work activities to ensure timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage field construction crews and subcontractors, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and industry standards
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain a safe working environment and promote a culture of safety among team members

A Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in wireless construction operations are required for this position.
