About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Abercrombie & Fitch Co. as a Global Operations Supervisor - Supply Chain Leader, based at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will lead between twenty five – seventy five hourly associates and be responsible for ensuring department goals are met, including order aging, accuracy and fill rate.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Develop and facilitate daily work plans to exceed internal/external customer expectations, initiate, change, and drive process improvements to support A&F's growth strategies, and lead, train, and manage the performance of the team.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the Home Office and Distribution Teams, work with leadership across all shifts to maintain process consistency, and operate cross-functionally with key business partners.
  • Communication: Foster and reinforce a positive, collaborative environment that respects and values diversity, promote safety awareness and support the safety culture through the company, and communicate effectively with associates and stakeholders.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A strong leadership style with a focus on team development, bilingual (Spanish or Somali speaking) skills, and a Bachelor's Degree or related experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office programs, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and experience with WMS systems.
  • Outstanding written and face-to-face communication skills, a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners, and a passion for coaching and motivating associates.
