**Job Description**

Aerotek is seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join our team in Noblesville, Indiana. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for the detailed assembly of in-process units, including electrical wiring, brazing, air compressor installation, silicone sealing, and foaming.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Install electrical wiring and connect wires according to diagrams
  • Install air compressors using power tools and hand tools
  • Perform silicone installation using a caulk gun
  • Foam units to the correct level using a machine
  • Perform labor work, including heavy lifting and manual handling

**Requirements:**

  • Mechanical aptitude and experience with power tools
  • Ability to work in a standard fabrication and assembly operation
  • Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment
  • Ability to wear protective gear, including steel toes, safety glasses, and protective cut sleeves

**Work Environment:**

The assembly area is organized, but somewhat cramped, with units moving on carts from area to area. The facility is temperature-controlled, but employees may still feel warm due to wearing arm sleeves.

**Shifts:**

1st shift: 6am-4:30pm with mandatory overtime on Friday

2nd shift: 4:30pm-3am with mandatory overtime on Friday
